This example takes the project from Example 2, and replaces the potentiometer with a sound sensor from LEGO.
Here is the project (same exact one from the prior example).

The second example in the Experimenters Kit takes 6 LEDs (2 green, 4 red) and a potentiometer.
Depending on the value you turn the potentiometer to, a different LED lights up.

Today, while trying to debug the Example 1 from the Experimenters kit, I thought I might be having battery issues. So I wanted to see what the battery level was.

The basic concept to this first example, is simple. You have a red LED. You push a button to toggle the light on or off.

As I mentioned earlier, Im delving into RobotC. I also purchased a Experimenters Kit from HiTechnic (I bought it several months ago, and recently decided to try it).

Sam Todo built this robot... apparently out of TV parts. He calls it SAM 10.
Regardless of what it was made from... its pretty impressive.

I think they are still having Beta pains. Pretty laggy today. Got booted out once, and having troubles getting back in now.
Also, Universe doesn't tolerate dual-screen very well.

OK, the private beta went out yesterday. The first beta period ended at 9 PM EST. Next game period is on Saturday, and then again on Sunday.

I just got my invite. WOOHOO!!!

You often see people trying to mimic animals. Especially in how they move. Ive seen robots that crawl, walk with 2 legs, walk with 4 legs, swim, slither and now... run.

As most of you know, I wrote one of the chapters in the One Kit Wonders book. As such, there are certain terms that have to be used when writing about LEGO.

A neat way to make diagonal stripes for one of your MOCs. SNOT building often takes some thinking outside the box... this method is pretty easy to replicate, and works well.

It looks like a company in Hong Kong has purchased the IP rights to the PLEO. Jetta Company was the original manufacturer of the PLEO.
